Unable to Configure Lookup Service

Problem

Cannot configure lookup service.

Solution

1 Confirm that the user has admin privileges.

2 Verify whether NSX Manager and Lookup service appliances are in time sync. To achieve this, use

same NTP server configurations at NSX Manager and Lookup service.

3 Check DNS settings for name resolution.

Unable to Configure vCenter Server

Problem

Cannot configure vCenter Server.

Solution

1 Check DNS settings.

2 Confirm that user has administrative privileges.
